When I returned a call to set up an interview I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and they hung up on me. I wasn’t sure what to do so I just called back later that day and was finally able to talk to someone to schedule an interview. I feel like the interview went well. It was very laid back but almost too laid back. I interviewed with one of the assistant managers and he was really nice but he was talking about himself more than I was. It didn’t really feel like an interview and it dragged on. It was nice at first that knowing it was laid back but we went on and on about off topic things..

HR kept rescheduling interview. Finally, when conducted both interviewers looked at me as if I had to heads, didn't ask me any questions about my background and just let me talk while they nodded and stared. I'm very professional and have worked for many great companies before so I'm not sure what to make of it other than the fact that there was bias involved.
- They did not ask me any questions about professional background or experience.
