No way to be full-time unless you take manager-like duties (which means opening and or closing) Few Hours are given among associates (usually 5 hours shifts) Pay is low (minimum wage)

My coworkers are some of my highest pros, and I do believe management does try to make this a comfortable and enjoyable place to work for everyone. People here are allowed to be unique and express themselves.

Cons

Upward moment isn’t the easiest but they’re pretty good about title changes. Salary can also be a little slow to progress unless something big happens. I’d also say the tech department can be stingy when it comes to help with newer computers or understanding more recent and easier to use software.
