Interview
I have had 2 interviews with 2 different nationwides and they were both 2 different experiences. One was your basic get a feel for you and see if they could see you working there and the other was short sweet and to the point about what the job offered and was more like asking are you ready for the commitment. I guess what I'm trying to say is expect anything!
i applied through a temp agency, video interview with temp and then another with the hiring manager for Nationwide. Nationwide got back to the temp agency within a few days. During the video interview we went over daily expectations and pay.
Much research is required for interviews these days. Company knowledge of products and culture is a must. All of the companies that I have interviewed with don’t seem to care to hear about the person.
it was brief and the lady didn’t ask me many questions. She seemed very uninterested and bored in the interview. I was happy when it was over. I am now working at McDonalds and I am sad.
