Interview process was about a full month. Started with a quick video interview with recruiter who referred me to local manager. I then had a panel interview with 4 managers, and made it to the final round.
In the last round of interviews, I was asked by regional manager to provide my previous performance evaluations from my previous employer which is something I was never asked before. The recruiter told me not to send them as it was not part of the hiring process, and a few days later I got a generic corporate rejection email.
I reached out to recruiter for feedback and no response...

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult time with a customer and how you handled it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nationwide (Arlington, VA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was extremely lengthy, for no reason. There was a total of 3 phone interviews, 1 one on one interview with a team manager, another interview with her manager, and then my last interview was with the section manager.Overall the managers and the recruiter were very friendly, but it seems as if the hiring process was uncoordinated.
