National Planning interview questions

I had the responsibility for hiring trying employees for lowere Manger positions also other. Employees for order taking preparations of the products I also did accounting inventory scheduling etc

Phone interview with HR. Asked to come in for an in person interview with department manager. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Basic interview questions asked along with behavior/situation style questions. Very laid back and casual atmosphere.
