I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NSM Insurance (Conshohocken, PA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I got the initial interview through a recruiter and initially came in just to take the caliper test.
I came back to meet with the Senior Account Manager of the department I'd be working in, which went extremely well. I was well prepared with a list of questions, but the interview felt more like a casual conversation, with most of my questions being answered naturally, rather than an actual interview.
I was brought in for a second interview to meet with the Director of Operations, which was also a very nice interview, but also fairly short. We had a nice conversation, but it was also kind of hard to get a good read on how I did.
Clearly things went well because I had a final interview with the head of the department, which was done via a video conference call. They were extremely understanding and accommodating that I was unable to physically come back in for another on site interview in such a short time without my current employer catching on. The conversation went extremely well once again and I was informed I'd be given a formal offer within the next day or so, which I accepted. Everyone at the company seemed extremely nice, especially the people I'd be working with in my department.
The interview process was easy and comfortable. I first did a zoom call and then went into the office for a second interview and it was a seamless process. The interviews got to know me personally, as well as my work history
