NOVA Wealth interview questions

Mostly based on personality rather than standard competency questions, which suited my style of interviewing better. It felt more like an informal chat which I liked and more down to earth than any other professional interview I've had

Three stage interview process with the first and second online and the third in person. The first interview I found was redundant as the same questions came up in the second and third interview. In total, I spent 4+ hours over the course of the three interviews. When they finally offered the position, they asked me how I felt about a 6 month contract but then changed it to a 3 months contract citing that they needed flexibility at this time (due to upcoming restructuring) but with no real benefit to me apart from I could leave if it wasn't working out. To be clear the original job advert was for a permanent position and I was informed that they had two permanent positions open. What I really disliked about Octopus Wealth is that they constantly preached about doing the right thing and treating clients and employees better but then did they tried to leverage me into taking a 3 month contract with a high probability of having a further 3 month extension. Sounds like a toxic working environment to me. I would recommend clarifying this with them earlier during the interview process because at no point during the 4 hours+ with them did they ever mention that this would be a possibility.
