NORR Architect/Interior Designer interview questions

I found this job posting on Craigslist. I did not hear a response until i followed up a week after my initial email. I had an interview set up for the foloowing week. The office is a great location on the Chicago River and very casual. I interviewed with 2 members of the design team I would be working with. Very friendly and professional. Interview was about an hour. We discused my previous work experience, my education, thesis and a role of construction documents i brought in. I seems like a fun office where everyone gets along, as long as you are okay with 60+ hour work weeks. I am still waiting to hear about a follow up interview with the principle of the firm.
