Everyone was very nice and the interview process was very straightforward. I was excited about the opportunity, but got completely ghosted in the end. After 1 month of prep and making it to the final rounds, I received no response. Not even to say I got rejected. It left a bad taste in my mouth for the company.

The process is about two weeks First, HR contacted via email to set up a zoom meeting for 15 mins. HR asked why you want to work for Nomis, Why you leaving your current job, salary expectations and then HR tell you about the Nomis. Nice people and the interview process were fast.

The second week, HR set up another zoom meeting with the Director for an hour. During, the director asked you to tell him about your background, then question about your project experience, then question about the process you follow during which projects and what team are involved. later the Director tell you about the job description.
