Interview
The process is about two weeks
First, HR contacted via email to set up a zoom meeting for 15 mins. HR asked why you want to work for Nomis, Why you leaving your current job, salary expectations and then HR tell you about the Nomis.
Nice people and the interview process were fast.

Question 1
The second week, HR set up another zoom meeting with the Director for an hour. During, the director asked you to tell him about your background, then question about your project experience, then question about the process you follow during which projects and what team are involved. later the Director tell you about the job description.

Interview
It was a multi-stage interview: phone interview with HR, 1:1 interview with the director, and the group panel presentation. The overall process was very smooth. And who interviewed me were super nice and patient. They responded quickly after each stage.

General questions about about my background and experience, and some basic questions. Some behavioral questions, competency questions. And the most challenge part was the case study/questions. I need to do analysis on a given dataset and answer business questions. I had about one week to prepare the presentation.

Interview
Similar experience as the others. I was stood up for my first phone interview. After the rescheduled interview was completed, I was flown out for in person interviews. I was told that’d I’d hear the following week. I never received any further communication from them even after a phone and email follow up attempt.
Very disrespectful and unprofessional especially when people take the time to fly out to meet with you.
