They wasted my time. They didn't seem interested, it looked to me as if they wanted to color up their list I think to look as if they're diverse but likely paying lip service to professional level roles and above.

The recruiter never showed up to the interview, later asked to reschedule, I rescheduled for us, and didn't show for that one either. I followed up and never heard back
Recruiter reached out to me and asked me to schedule time if I was interested. Recruiter then never showed up to the meeting and never followed up. Complete waste of time.

Interview
The most unpleasant and unprofessional interview experience of my entire career. I was called in for a group interview for a senior product role at Peacock, NBC's new streaming service. The interview started 15 minutes late when no one came to get me from the lobby. When I came in to the room, no one said hello or introduced themselves. I sat down and everyone stared at me blankly, expecting me to start a presentation. Except I was never told to prepare a presentation. Luckily, I brought one anyway and we began after an incredibly awkward start. I completed the process, and was told that VPs are involved in every decision made by PMs, so it became clear I would have very little agenda and not much of an opportunity to be creative or innovative. I would not have accepted an offer had I received one. Awful experience, and the people did not seem much better.
