I have been working at Sky part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Life at sky has been great in my experience, every person I have come across in the business has been so helpful and genuine. Great benefits such as Free TV and 50% off BB, healthcare, pension plan etc. 6 weeks paid holiday leave is so fair for part timers. Evening shifts during the week makes it easy for me to work and be in full time education. Subsidized canteen with some delicious dinners. Targets for part timers are also very fair and reachable.

    Cons

When it gets busy, you could be waiting 20/30 minutes to escalate BB/Talk issues to Tier 2. Sometimes it’s hard to get holidays in summer due to high demand for those dates

    Advice to Management

Definitely think a lot more Tier 2 staff need to be hired. Other than that I think TL’s/management in sky are great because they are so friendly but professional at the same time.
