I recently completed a video interview that was primarily behavioral- in addition I received a phone interview with an HR representative. This was more about my work experience and my skill sets,
"I had a phone conversation with a recruiter, during which I was asked to provide my availability for an interview with the hiring manager the following week, only to be ghosted.
It was essentially a video cover letter. You were given the question, then had around 30 seconds to prepare your answer, and around a minute and a half to give your answer.
