Online test(muApt), Video synthesis, GD, Two rounds of HR.
Online test was challenging. So was video synthesis.
I applied through college. In our college they train us to perform well in group discussion and as far as I know, the main skills you have to exhibit in GD are your listening skill, ability to communicate and understand others.
But at MuSigma process, it was just upside down. Candidates whom we thought performed well weren't in.
Felt very disappointed as I had never been out of GD so far.
How much ever you work hard, there has to be some luck to get selected into a company and for MuSigma you need much greater luck.
It was an average interview. there was an online test, post which there was a group discussion and then a personal interview. the interviews are different based on how experienced one is
Maths and probability questions along with GD. Need to clear muApt which is tough given the circumstances which is high population giving the exam. Once you clear there is video synthesis and gd round. Then 2 rounds of face 2 face and one hr round

- Video synthesis comprised of watching a video of CEO and putting down a synthesis of it
- Group discussion by making a group of 6-8 people and giving a general topic from social issue
- personal hr interview containing more of in person oriented questions
