    Have to go to India for 9 months for training and the salary provided there is very minimal according to Canadian standards.

    It gives the employees a good platform and environment to learn and experiment. The flat hierarchy of the company is good.

    Very good learning curve in terms of technology as well as team and client management

    Cons

    Flat hierarchy is said to be observed, but it is never. There are certain company policies that are imposed even though majority of the employees do not support
