Interview
Application sent in Oct/Nov '21, reviewed until January, interview invite for start of Feb '22, offer received a week later, and accepted. No assessment centre, just an interview after the application and taking some online tests.
90 minute interview (About 15-20min of it was me asking questions at the end). Not the usual STAR questions that you would practice/rehearse for. Focused on strength based questions so honesty needed but still being able to provide examples from work/studying experience. Interview with 2 people related to your applied position (usually directors or anyone high up).

all online. apply via website then tests then survey on yourself then interview. for the interview you had to write a report and make a PowerPoint on said report. everyone I spoke to was nice but they are awful with email and timings. when they say 2 weeks expect 6 weeks.
