Applied online. Passed the online assessments. Went to their office for the face-to-face interview. The interview was more of an informal chat with the department boss. Just a chance for them to see what you're like and to see if the job they have at hand is for you and if you'll fit into the team.

The very first question was: Tell me more about yourself.
Online tests and in person interview - in person with heads of relevant teams. Mostly non technical questions - generic application and interview questions, discussed what team would be best suited for you
Online application, situational tests, different stages, strength based interview. You have two employees (senior engineers) who interview you. At the end they brought the current placement student down so that I could ask them questions about the job and general living in local area etc.
