Received an invitation for interview two months after my job application. The interview was held at the Croydon headquarters and was very smooth and laidback; the interviewers (senior structural engineers) were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The interview took a rather unstructured format, starting with an introduction by the interviewers about the business, and developing into a discussion, with me jumping in with questions now and then. There were four sections in the interview.
First, About myself, motivation and my interest in the role that I was applying for.
Second, Technical questions including shear force and bending moment equations and diagrams for beams and a statically Indeterminate arch.
Third, Strength based questions using examples of past experiences.
Fourth, An opportunity to ask questions back to the interviewers.

During the 30-minute video call interview with two Structural engineers, the first half primarily delved into my professional experience and skills. In the latter half, we explored broader, more general topics.
They had two interviews. The people were helpful and friendly. Overall the interview process went really smoothly. I would definitely recommend applying to that company. I got a couple of offers from other companies, but I think they are a great comapny.
