      Software Engineer - IOS Interview

      May 9, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Islamabad, Islamabad
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Motive (Islamabad, Islamabad) in Apr 2021

      Interview

The hiring process itself is very brief and consists of 5 steps. The initial is a phone screening 1-1 with technical recruiter who would ask you about your experience overall and provide you an insight about company’s vision, future plans and how the hiring process would look like. Next step is a technical coding challenge of 90 minutes that involves 3 questions. After that a 1-1 interview with a senior engineer and next is a architecture coding challenge again to be done in 90 minutes. After that you will have a 1-1 with a senior engineer about the task and live coding session. If you pass all this than the last round is with the hiring manager which is more of a personality check and less of technical stuff. All the process is handled very will and the recruiter will make sure you are comfortable with the timmings selected for each round. If all this goes well you get a call with an offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

ARC, DesignPatterns, Singleton, Database (Coredata,Realm), concurrency, Protocols
