      It was a very slow moving experience. I ended up withdrawing as my interviews with two other companies reached final stages 2x quicker then my interview cadence with Motive. They were friendly but it was very difficult getting on the calendar with the final round of interviews.

      Interview

      Series of interviews with sales and ecosystem leaders. Very logical questions around leading teams through different situations, smart testing and layered questions around my personal approaches and role within the deal teams and organizations. Back and forth around market potential and joint discussion around logical expansion approaches. Met with multiple senior leaders - all extremely competent and impressed by the team, the size of the vision for the company, and the pace that the organization is moving at.
