I had an interview at morgan stanley in glasgow. Felt slightly ageist, considering it was a grad role. Fairly standard questions relating to strengths and competency. For a grad role, they didn't have too many other people interviewing which was nice, felt like a stale work environment

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
