Pretty simple. Had two rounds of interview and an extensive background check process. They will ask questions such as “why do you want to intern with morgan stanley” “what are your goals in the finance industry etc”.

First round interview over Zoom, but I didn’t move on to the next round. The Interview was with another intern and the youngest analyst. All behavioral and fit based, nothing technical.
Meet with more junior associate and more senior one, talk about resume and previous experience and what to expect from role, guaging understanding of investments and market knowledge. Guaging knowledge of what the team does also
