I enjoyed every minute. All questions were conversational, so I was able to showcase my skills and the interview didn't feel like an interrogation. My questions were answered fully and honestly, I really appreciated the transparency. Before the third round I was tasked with assignment and I was glad to discuss the result during an interview and to reason some of my decisions. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the accountability - I got updates about every step in timely manner.
