After online application, I had to do 3 online tests, then telephone interview, then assessment centre.
During the assessment centre there were 2 strength based interviewed, each lasting 45 minutes and 1 group exercise which they test you on different scenarios and how it relates to Morgan Stanley's core values.

I applied through a diversity program and completed an initial hirevue where I was asked 2-4 questions. Then I was invited to a Superday in NYC where I completed 2 one-on-one interviews and 1 group interview.
