Interview
Took around two months in total from start to finish. The process included pyschometric assessments, a telephone interview with HR, and two in person interviews. Some technical questions, but mostly character fit and discussions around previous experience relating to the role.
Online application triggered a virtual interview. The virtual interview has five questions in total. A mix of behavioral questions and company/role specific questions. Be prepared to talk about why MS and why this role.

It was a difficult process, and they expected you to really know your stuff. Make sure your experience relates. They will ask how your experience aligns with the role. Shorter first-round interviews that act as screening almost.
