I applied in-person. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I got the onsite interview after a phone call saying I was recommended by someone. The process took 30 mins. 3 managers interviewed me. They let me go through my resume and asked me some client service questions. What's more, one manager told me that this position only needs high school diploma, while I have a master's degree, so he doubted that I would go away after several weeks of work. Over all, the process is good.

Question 1
Name a time when you got bad feedback and how you dealt with it.
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a disagreement with a team member.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

Question 1
What are your greatest strengths? Why are you interested in this position?
Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
