I reached out to one of the recruiters on LinkedIn.
The first round was an initial technical phone screen. Standard questions regarding my experience, the role and the company culture. Really smooth first interview!
Second interview was an hour long zoom call with 3 members of their engineering team. General technical questions and a LC question.
Third interview was another hour long zoom call with three other members of the engineering team. This was the best interview I've ever had! It was my first interview where the interviewers were going through my resume and asking me about my experience. It was really conversational, positive, engaging and friendly.
I want to mention that throughout this entire time, the recruiter I was working with was doing a fantastic job in scheduling and keeping me informed on the interview processes and where I stood.
The fourth and final interview was a quick chat about what role I would be picking between the two different options.
