The interview process was thorough and I could tell that a lot of time was invested in selecting the right candidates. The process for this role was quite long with five scheduled telephone conversations and two face to face interviews with three different senior team members but I didn't mind as each interview made me want the job more! The HR team were very helpful and informative whenever I had any questions and they always kept me in the loop.
