My experience with Molina Healthcare was extremely unprofessional. I worked with a recruiter who was completely unwilling to plan meetings ahead of time, sending me repeated requests to meet "right now for 10 minutes". I would strongly prefer to work with recruiters who can plan meetings out more than a couple minutes in advance.
Once we finally got an interview scheduled, I received an email the day before saying only "Does [a different time] work for you?", not including any context about a meeting being rescheduled. I’m interviewing at several places, so I was immediately confused about what this message was about. The next day, while I was waiting for the interview to start, it became clear that the original meeting was rescheduled despite me taking time off work to make it. I received the rescheduling email only 4 minutes before I was supposed to meet.
This is incredibly frustrating because my current job is extremely busy — reorganizing my day around interview requests is a complicated task. When I offered constructive criticism, the recruiter revoked the interview entirely, but I view it as a dodged bullet -- any organization this inept would surely be miserable to work at.
