I applied online. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare
Interview
First the recruiter gives you a call to give you basic details about the job, schedule and to get some information about you. If the team likes everything they reach out in about two weeks to set up the second interview with the team. The interview with the team is pretty easy going basic info ect. The people are very nice
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Dec 2021
Interview
Applied on job website and got a call a few days after by a recruiter. Set up a time and date twice because no one showed up to the first interview. I called the recruiter and she didn’t know the interviewer didn’t show up but we set up another interview for next week. Got to the interview next week and everything went as scheduled. Interviewer said we will follow up after Monday. Both recruiter and interviewer were very nice. I didn’t receive anything from the recruiter, so I followed up and they told me I didn’t get the job. I asked for feedback about my interview and qualifications but didn’t get a response back.
