Interview went well with hiring manager about 3 weeks ago, however I was told I should hear something back by the end of following week. Basically I invested my time interviewing and then was ghosted. I sent follow up emails with no response to both the recruiter and hiring manager. This is totally unprofessional on all levels. At least have common decency to update an applicant. Horrible!!!!
