I had a panel interview consisting of 5 people. The questions were managerial/behavioral in nature and i was prepared for such. They were all very pleasant and professional. After the interview i discussed compensation with the director of the unit.

Detailed questions about management experiences, day-to-day operation tasks established and role play scenarios for daily work experiences. Interview was a sufficient length of time and in a comfortable setting that allowed a business tour and option for plenty of questions to be answered.

In person (pre covid9) Three person panel interview. One hour, included situational questions, change management questions and performance expectations explanation. Helped me to better understated the root as the job description was generic. Took nearly three weeks to hear back.
