Everything was great and organized until the end. Molina uses out-of-town recruiters to set up the whole process, and for the most part it worked well. This recruiter (from the west coast, whereas I live on the east coast) performed the initial phone screen, then set up a first interview complete with email confirmation, and called me later to set up a second interview. After that...I heard nothing from Molina. Not even a rejection email. When I tried calling the recruiter for information, he apparently no longer worked for Molina and I couldn't get information from anyone else. They ghosted me, man. This was disappointing because I was holding out on accepting a job offer from another company because I was very interested in working for Molina.
