Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your interview experience with our company. We genuinely appreciate your input and take it seriously as it helps us improve our processes.
However, there are a few points in your feedback that we would like to clarify:
Tasks Assessment: You mentioned that there were no inquiries regarding the tasks you had submitted during the interview process. We would like to clarify that we typically review and discuss the tasks submitted by candidates as part of the evaluation process. It seems there may have been some miscommunication or misunderstanding and we apologize for any confusion.
Cultural Interview: The final round of interviews at our company may be conducted onsite or virtually, depending on individual circumstances, visa requirements, and mutual availability. The virtual interview is not a disadvantage and has equal weight and it’s our common practice. We try to accommodate when a candidate is travelling and as this was the case, we decided to conduct the interview virtually.
Rejection Letter: We are sorry to disappoint you with a rejection letter. You mentioned that the rejection letter lacked any mention of a promised offer or office visit. We want to clarify that we never give any offer promises. The process that we will contact you with either an offer or a rejection letter is strictly followed. We are committed to providing clear and accurate communication to all candidates.
Furthermore, it is important to understand that the purpose of interviews is to evaluate candidates for a potential fit within the company. The outcome can be either an offer or a rejection. We aim to provide feedback and communicate decisions in a professional and respectful manner.
Your feedback is valuable to us and we aim to maintain a high standard of professionalism and transparency throughout our interview process. We do not endorse or condone false statements or misrepresentations, and we take your concerns seriously.
If you would like to discuss these issues further or provide more details, please feel free to reach out. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing any discrepancies or misunderstandings.
