Simple interview process, one with the HR recruiter, and one with a sales manager. Simple behavioral questions that are easy to prepare for; they want to see characteristics of a sales person so it's good to show relentlessness and ability to bounce back.

When is a time that you failed and how did you handle that?
3 rounds: initial, video interview with recruiter, in-person with business development managers. ask about past experience, goals, how you sell. Pretty average, want to see how you will grow into the role.

Interview
The interview was okay. They don’t have an idea of a start date for the position just a heads up. The recruiter kind of rushed the interview in my opinion from start to finish. Through a couple of follow ups she ghosted.
