Move on to formal interview process VP Corporate Development, Chief Corporate Development Officer, Chief Business Officer, Chief Executive Officer. Each interview was well rounded in all levels of partnership experience, technical skills, industry knowledge, real world business decision making, cross functional communication and alignment and team skills. IMHO, the most impactful and refreshing part of the interview process was nobody was interested in 'gotcha' or cliche interview questions like, 'what is your favorite app?', just inquiry into how your experience, personality and communication skills align and make you stand out as the best fit for the role at hand.
