Interview
Got an email for an initial interview I responded to this within 24 hours choosing a time and date. I never heard back so I followed up 3 days later where I then got a response 1 week out from the first email. I had a call interview and it was about 15 minutes she told me she would talk with the team and get back to me in 2 business days. Well that didn't happen it took 4 business days. She said the team would like to interview me and asked when I was available I responded within 48 hours and NEVER heard back. Extremely disappointed in the whole process and felt like I wasn't valued as a candidate.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbody (Bangkok) in Sep 2024
Interview
The first round was a recruiter phone screen, focusing on questions about my background and experiences. After this call, I was assigned to do a Cognitive Aptitude Test.
The second round was with the hiring manager. It was a short 30-minute interview. For the first 20 minutes, I was asked about my experiences, skills, and attitude. Then, the last 10 mins I had the opportunity to ask questions back to the hiring manager. The interview went very well, and the hiring manager informed me during the call that I would be moved forward to the final round.
For the final round with the Director, I had to prepare a case study. This round was also 30 minutes long and not too difficult if you were well-prepared.
The entire hiring process took only two weeks, and I received the offer the day after the final round.
