I applied online and only took about a week for them to get back with me. They scheduled a phone interview with me that went about 45 minutes long. The technical recruiter was nice and helpful. There was about 15 technical screening questions that she asked. The second round was a call with the Director. It was more of a good fit interview and was another 30 minute interview. There was a 3rd round but I didn't get to it.
