I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microchip Technology (Chandler, AZ) in Oct 2021
Interview
Very thorough interview that lasted several hours with several different interviewers. I enjoyed talking with all employees and managers. There were all very pleasant and professional, however they do expect you to know your stuff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Microchip Technology
Interview
All three interviews went pretty well. HR representative asked generic questions about my strengths, weaknesses, etc. Hiring manager was mostly describing what qualities he was seeking in a candidate. He also described the role and why they are looking for a new hire. Overall, everyone was very friendly and didn't ask trick questions.
