Interview
Meta provides a detailed guideline towards the interview process . This involves screening consisting coding and network rounds . The final loop concsists of four interviews (coding , network , network design and behavioural ) .
The recruiter was nice. They communicate well if the screening/interview time is not align with our preferences. They also gave the topics of the interview so the candidates can prepare beforehand.
It was tough, the questions were super in depth, but the interviewers were easygoing and made the experience a lot better than it should've been. The network section of the interview wasn't as bad as the coding one, given that I have way more experience in that area than coding.
