I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Waco, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
Had a technical interview over the phone about JavaScript concepts and terminology. The interviewer was super friendly and enthusiastic. Then moved on to a live, virtual coding interview with an engineer. The engineer came off as pretty disinterested and bored, which was discouraging. The interviewer asked lots of questions about how to make different solutions more efficient, as well as different approaches to solve the same problem. I was not moved on to the next stage, unfortunately.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews spread over a month. Recruiter was super friendly, 2 of my interviewers were great but the last one was rude and disconnected. Disappointing because I thought I did well but didn't get it.
