Meta used to offer the BEST recruitment process, but things have changed. Interview process was alright, felt more transactional (and less personal) than before. No interview feedback was given and the recruiter was uncontactable after that.

The interview process was a video screen with recruiter followed by video screen with content designer, then a written exercise, then an onsite interview with 3-4 people, both individually and together.

Interview
Prepare slides with an introduction, a ten minute presentation on a content project you've worked on and a five minute presentation on a visual that moved a project forward. Then around 25 minutes on critiquing a product flow. The interview itself wasn't hard, but I was off my game for the product crit.
