02/07 Case study information was sent via email
02/09 4 Rounds of Interviews

03/02 Informed I did not get role via email
People were friendly, they all asked pretty similar questions. Have some STAR Method examples ready to go. The case study wasn't too difficult. In fact, it felt deceptively simple, it may make you feel like you're missing something. Just stick to the information provided, it's tempting to Google outside information, but it may end up hurting you.
The process moved super quick in the beginning and then slowed. I wish they could streamline it, but I imagine they have dozens, if not hundreds, of folks interviewing for the same roles.

Question 1
Sell me this "notebook." - It may be a pen, but mine was a notebook.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process followed a similar structure to college courses- a bit of prep work before and then met with 4 different groups of 1-2 current employees.
They all clearly go through interview training and approached the process and question similarly.
Seemed a bit inefficient as many of the groups asked similar or the same questions.

Question 1
Ability and personal (hypothetical) process to manage hundreds of accounts.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process was very organized and straight forward. While there is information overload with the amount of resources they provide you to prep, if you do your homework and practice, there are no surprises during your interviews. I had 6 interviews total, the first with an HR rep, followed by 4 back to back interviews including a case study, and then one more follow up call with a team lead. The total process took about a month, and I always heard back on next steps within 2 days. Use the STAR method to answer all questions.
