1st was a recruiter call. easy
2nd was technical interview - went great. phone call with some problems to share how you think
3rd was hiring manager call (i think) and he was barely present. came late, left early, only asked about hobbies lol
then got rejected

Question 1
I had a member of the team call from the car 10 minutes late, only to be distracted and ask 1-2 questions about my hobbies and interests. Then he hung up like this was never his priority. My first interview with them was great. He was really excited about me. Then this was the second one and he only talked to me for about 3 minutes. My guess is that this man already had a candidate he wanted to push through.
