Meta Education Program Manager interview questions

Phone screen with very quick follow up, very positive first round with the hiring manager with instant feedback, final round consisting of a preparation session and access to a specialised recruiter followed by a presentation and four interviews. The final decision was delayed, I only heard back after three weeks - they had picked an internal candidate. It was an emotionally and mentally very intense process but my experience was extremely positive. I was disappointed by the delay in hearing back after the final round, though.
