Interview
I applied online, and I was sent back with an email to set up a date for a phone interview.
I was asked with questions like "Why Merrill Lynch", "Why do you think you are qualified", and gereral questions like "Can you work at least 20 hrs/wk" or so.
The interview for the wealth management intern position was a disaster. The interviewer seemed disinterested and unprepared, and the questions were vague and irrelevant. Total waste of time never again

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. They started with a hirevue/on demand interview that lasted around 10 minutes. I then got notified around a month later that I received a final round interview (superday interview). This was mostly behavioral and only a few technical questions.

Started with a HireVue and then a zoom interview which consisted of 4 20-minute interviews. Mostly behavioral questions, very much getting to know you and understanding your mindset. The whole process took around three weeks.
