Got this opening from my employer. Initially it was 6 months project but till now it has extended for 2 years already. Over the pone interview. very technical. they asked about the ETL process. interview lasted for half an hour. got the job after two months.

basic standardized corporate interview starting by one on the phone to qualify for in person questions partially based on knowledge and a little about ambitions and personality. Some questions were obviously culturally biased.
