Interview
Webcam interview with 2 investment relations VPs, they then passed me along to advisors in their region that needed the role filled. It was up to those advisors to contact me which they did a week later. They called and set up in-person interview. I interviewed with 2 of the senior vice presidents of the branch for an hour and 15 minutes and then with the two advisors along with one of the guys from the first interview. Total of 3 interviews

I had three interviews. The first one was a phone call and after that, I met with a Vice President on zoom and the third interview was with a managing director

Interview
After about 3 weeks from applying online, I was emailed to schedule a standard phone interview with a recruiter from NC. A few days later I was contacted by a FA to set up an interview. After doing well on that interview we set up an interview to speak with another FA and CA right away. They asked a few standard interview question but the whole conversation was to really see if I was a good fit for their team.
