Interview
I initially applied online in January 2022, then, after an initial call with a hiring manager, underwent three rounds of interviews.
For the first interview the focus was competency questions and an understanding of my professional experience to date.
The second interview started with an excel test (an understanding of basic excel formulae is required) then competency questions followed.
For the final round I had a chat with a Partner in the team, again about competency, why I want the role and my personal and professional background.

Interview
Three step interview process. Each stage involved discussions about why I wanted the role and past work experiences as well as useful further information about the company and the role. The second interview included some competency-based questions and was preceded by a short excel test. All interviewers were really easy to talk to and had good chat.
