The interview process was fairly straightforward. I knew what to expect for each round. The interviewers were also very kind, felt more like a conversation than a one-way interview. Any questions I had they were more than happy to answer and I heard back relatively quickly.

Very smooth interview process, 3 people interviewing me for 45 minutes. Very conversational, and they open up the floor for questions early on. Want to get to know you, not technical. Know about what mercer does and why mercer/health and benefits

Step 2. Phone Interview to set up your video interviews
Step 3: 5 Back to back 30 min interviews with various people at different management levels (everyone was really polite and easy to talk to)
They really just want to see if you are a good fit for the company
